3 years’ successful experience as classroom or English teacher preferred

Operations and Data Manager
Associate’s Degree in Office Technology/Office Administration required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational skills
Strong project management skills 
QuickBooks experience
Good judgement and able to handle confidential and sensitive reporting matters
Excellent communication skills—oral and written
Experience using Microsoft programs of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data management software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred)

Technology Teacher
Master’s degree preferred
Certification in Instructional Technology required
Experience working with middle school students
Proven ability to communicate with adults and students

Strong understanding of gangs and gang culture in the City of Lawrence preferred
Proficiency in computer skills 
Bilingual/bicultural (English/Spanish) preferred


Transition Specialist
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, criminal justice,
human services or related field or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred
Strong outreach, case management and conflict resolution background
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills; and ability to relate to a wide range of issues, people and organizations
Minimum three years’ experience working with at-risk, proven-risk (social/emotional, trauma based) youth

Strong understanding of gangs and gang culture in the City of Lawrence preferred
Proficiency in computer skills
